Funding Partners

Over the years seven Founding Partners have provided exceptional support to Camp Maple Leaf. Led by the Canadian Council of War Veterans who established the Camp in 1955 these partners have played an essential role, not only as funders, but also as volunteers, promoters, advisors and advocates. We thank each of our Founding Partners for their leadership, dedication, vision and support.

Partners

Each year we are proud to receive leadership gifts from companies and organizations wanting to show their support for the Camp. We extend sincere thanks to the following partners who made contributions in 2018.

In 2018 the Jays Care Foundation partnered with Camp Maple Leaf to introduce their national Rookie League program at Camp.

The Ballard Foundation has played a key role in helping improve the quality of our Camp facilities and equipment. In 2019 they are helping fund additional canoes for our boating and out-trip programs.

For each of the last two years the Cowan Foundation has generously supported the introduction of First Nations programming and traditions to Camp Maple Leaf.

Each year the leadership and staff of Lodestar Security Solutions have funded camperships for children from Canadian military families.

Since 2005, the team at Mystique Event Marketing has played an active role in helping to raise funds for all of Camp Maple Leaf's programs. Each year, through their fundraising campaigns, their magazine and their province-wide events Mystique helps to raise the profile of the Camp and provide funding for dozens of children to attend. For more information on Mystique's events please contact their campaign line at 1-844-600-0041 or our Camp office at 905-338-5200.
